My goal is to help you find that perfect home and to make sure the process from putting in an offer, to negotiating inspections, to settlement and everything in between is as easy and as smooth as possible.
Getting Acclimated to the Market
When you are looking at properties in unfamiliar neighborhoods you never want to overpay. You also want to make sure you are getting something that fits your needs. I use my extensive market knowledge of each neighborhood to educate you as to whether something is fairly priced or if there is room for negotiation. I also get to know your particular needs and what you are looking for so each time I show you properties it as efficient as possible.
Creating a Strong Offer
A strong offer is not entirely about price. A strong offer has several factors, whether it is a large deposit, quicker settlement or even waiving certain contingencies--In other words, strong offers come in different shapes and sizes. With low inventory and high demand, putting together a strong offer is even more crucial. My job is to help you construct the right offer so you don't miss out on your dream home.
The Steps to Purchasing
From getting pre-approved, to putting an offer in, to getting a commitment letter there are a lot of steps to purchasing an home. It can seem overwhelming, but don’t worry, I am here to help! I always like to meet with my buyers before showing them properties so we can go over the process and get an idea of what your dream home is. I am available at any time to go over any questions or concerns you may have.
